We are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our production team and shape the future of Zahna-Fliesen with us.

Your tasks

After intensive onboarding you will, among other things:

- Operate, monitor and control our production lines

- Change over and set up various plant components (dryers, presses, kilns, etc.)

- Set plant parameters according to the product specification

- Carry out ongoing visual quality checks

- Perform final inspections

- Document relevant production data

- Continuously optimise processes in your work area

Your profile

You are a good fit if you bring:

- Technical understanding and an interest in industrial processes

- High commitment plus a reliable, independent way of working

- Quality awareness and a sense of responsibility

- Flexibility and team skills

- A completed vocational qualification in a skilled trade, or first experience in production

- Willingness to work shifts

Your start with us, step by step

To give you an optimal start, you will be onboarded in several departments, including:

- Preparation

- Presses

- Kilns

- Sorting

This way you get to know our entire manufacturing process and we can find out together which area suits you best.

Working hours

We work a rotating shift system (early, mid, night shift and weekends if needed). As a family-run company we value collegial cooperation and flexible planning so that work and private life stay compatible.
