From high-quality raw materials to exclusive, handcrafted one-off pieces.

Anyone who thinks all tiles have the same properties is mistaken! Depending on the raw materials used, the manufacturing process and the finishing, tiles are classified into different categories. ZAHNA-FLIESEN produces exclusively tiles of the highest quality class: enhanced porcelain stoneware!

Kerasiegel surface finishing is standard at ZAHNA-FLIESEN. During firing, the finish is permanently bonded to the ceramic body. ZAHNA porcelain stoneware tiles can also be supplied without Kerasiegel surface finishing on request.

ZAHNA-FLIESEN are made from natural and regional raw materials, and we always prioritise short transport routes when sourcing them. What makes a tiled floor particularly sustainable is its long service life, which often lasts for generations.
Another benefit that matters not only to allergy sufferers and young children is the health-friendliness of ceramic tiles. Many other floor coverings release harmful substances and increase indoor air pollution. At the same time, microorganisms such as mites have little chance of surviving on the dense surface of a porcelain stoneware tile.

Porcelain stoneware tiles offer numerous technical advantages over cement tiles. They are extremely robust, durable, acid-resistant and abrasion-resistant, making them ideal for heavily trafficked floors such as entrance areas or kitchens. Their low water absorption prevents staining and makes cleaning easier. In addition, our tiles are available with a variety of relief surfaces. Porcelain stoneware tiles make it possible to create stylish, modern rooms that are also easy to maintain and hard-wearing.
